光伏项目钢桩施工技术改进

摘要 在太阳能光伏项目施工过程中,钢桩施工技术的优劣直接制约着整个项目的施工工期和质量。以乌克兰FAS69MW光伏项目为背景,通过对钢桩施工过程中机具选择、高程和桩位控制、地质条件影响以及随地形变化组串高差调整等方面进行研究讨论,结合该项目钢桩施工过程中采取的相应措施,为今后类似光伏场区钢桩施工技术的提高提供参考。 In the construction process of solar photovoltaic project,the advantages and disadvantages of steel pile construction technology directly affect the construction period and quality of the whole project.Taking the FAS69MW photovoltaic project in Ukraine as the background,through the study and Discussion on the selection of machines and tools,elevation and pile position control,the influence of geological conditions and the adjustment of string height difference with the change of terrain during the construction of steel piles,combined with the corresponding measures taken during the construction of steel piles in the project,a reference for the improvement of the construction technology of steel piles in similar photovoltaic field in the future was provided.
