脑小血管病患者步态障碍的研究进展

The research progress on gait disorders in cerebral small vessel disease

步态障碍是脑小血管病患者常见的临床症状,其增加了患者的病残率,降低了患者的生活质量,并加重了照料者的生活负担。但临床上医务工作者对于步态障碍的认识仍不足,因此,通过脑小血管病相关步态障碍特点与鉴别、脑血管病影像学表现与步态障碍的相关研究、评估方法、预防和治疗等方面进行阐述,并针对其潜在风险采取相应干预措施,可提高脑小血管病患者生活质量。

Gait disorder is a common clinical symptom of patients with cerebral small vessel disease,which increases the patient’s disability rate,reduces the patient’s quality of life,and aggravates the caregiver’s life burden.However,clinical workers still have insufficient knowledge about gait disorder.This issue is elaborated in terms of characteristics and identification,imaging studies,evaluation methods,prevention and treatment of gait disorders related to cerebral small vessel disease.And take corresponding intervention measures according to their potential risks,which can improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral small vessel disease.
