摘要
目的以普外科护理管理工作为例,对其工作过程实施人性化管理方法的效果进行分析研究。方法该次将该院于2018年2月—2019年1月在职的普外科护士24名作为研究的对象,按随机的方式分成两个不同的组别,其中对照组12名采取常规护理管理方法,观察组12名采取人性化管理方法;并取同期收治的84例普外科患者作为研究的对象,以随机方式分成两组,每组平均为42例;其中,对照组基于护理管理过程中给予常规护理管理方法,观察组则基于护理管理过程中实施人性化管理方法,进一步对两组护理管理效果进行分析评价。结果①在护理差错事件总发生率上,观察组为4.76%,与对照组的28.57%比较明显更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.287,P<0.05);在护患纠纷发生率上,观察组为2.38%,与对照组的21.43%比较显著更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.235,P<0.05)。②在患者对护理管理服务的满意程度方面,观察组为95.24%,与对照组的69.05%比较明显更高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.263,P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理管理工作过程中,人性化管理的实施,可降低护理差错事件发生率及护患纠纷发生率,进一步提高患者对护理管理服务工作的满意程度。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of implementing humane management methods on the work process of nursing management in general surgery.Methods Twenty-four general surgery nurses serving in the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research object.They were randomly divided into two different groups,of which 12 in the control group were treated with routine nursing management.In the observation group,12 adopted a humane management method;84 general surgery patients admitted during the same period were taken as the research object and randomly divided into two different groups,with an average of 42 cases in each group;of which,the control group was based on conventional nursing management methods during the nursing management process,and the observation group based on the implementation of humanized management methods in the nursing management process,further analyzed and evaluated the nursing management effects of the two groups.Results 1.In the total incidence of nursing error events,the observation group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 28.57%,and the data between the two groups were statistically significantly different(χ^2=10.287,P<0.05);In the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,the observation group was 2.38%,which was significantly lower than the 21.43%of the control group.The data between the two groups were significantly different(χ^2=9.235,P<0.05).2.In terms of patient satisfaction with nursing management services,the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 69.05%.The data between the two groups were statistically significantly different(χ^2=11.263,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized management in the general nursing management work can reduce the incidence of nursing error events and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,and further improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing management services.
