摘要
目的研究与分析急诊护理关键环节的管理流程与模式等情况。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月来该院急诊科进行诊断与治疗的212例患者为研究对象,根据患者的入院先后顺序进行单双号标记,其中单号患者作为传统护理管理组,该院护理人员对其进行传统的护理管理,而双号患者作为新型护理管理组,该院护理人员对其进行新型护理管理,观察两组患者的就诊处理时间、患者满意评价、护理操作失误率、工作完整记录等情况。结果新型护理管理组与传统护理管理组患者的就诊处理时间、患者满意评价、护理操作失误率以及工作完整记录等指标,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理关键环节采取新型有效的急诊科护理管理流程,可以具有较高的管理价值。
Objective To study and analyze the management process and mode of key links in emergency nursing.Methods A total of 212 patients who were diagnosed and treated in the emergency department of the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and then the single and double numbers were marked according to the order of patients'admission,and the single number patients were used as traditional nursing management group,the nursing staff in the hospital performed traditional nursing management,and the double-numbered patients served as the new nursing management group.The nursing staff in the hospital performed new nursing management,and then observed the treatment time,patient satisfaction evaluation,and nursing care operation error rate,complete work records,etc.of the two groups of patients.Results Between the new nursing management group and traditional nursing management group in terms of treatment time,patient satisfaction evaluation,nursing operation error rate,and complete work records.The data comparison was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a new and effective emergency department nursing management process at the critical link of emergency department nursing can have high management value.
