品管圈理念在手术室提高护理管理质量的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Quality Control Circle Concept in Improving Nursing Management Quality in Operating Room

目的探讨品管圈理念在手术室提高护理管理质量的效果。方法该院手术室自2018年1月起在护理管理中开展品管圈活动,选择该院手术室2018年1—12月、2017年1—12月作为观察阶段、对照阶段,观察阶段实施品管圈管理,对照阶段实施常规护理管理,比较两个阶段护士的工作压力指数、职场正念评分、职业满意度评分,并比较两个阶段的护理差错事件发生率、患者护理满意度。结果观察组阶段护士的工作压力指数与对照组阶段相比更低,其职场正念评分、职业满意度评分与对照组阶段相比均更高(P<0.05)。护理差错事件发生率观察组为1%,与对照组7%相比更低(P<0.05)。护理总满意率观察组患者为98%,与对照组90%相比更高(P<0.05)。结论品管圈理念用于手术室护理管理中可减轻护士的工作压力,提升其职场正念和职业满意度,有利于提高护理管理质量,减少护理差错事件发生,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of the quality control circle concept in improving the quality of nursing management in the operating room.Methods The operating room of the hospital has been conducting quality control circle activities in nursing management since January 2018.The operating room of our hospital was selected from January to December 2018 and January to December 2017 as the observation phase and control phase.The quality management circle management was implemented in the phase,and the routine nursing management was implemented in the comparison phase.The nurses'work stress index,workplace mindfulness score,and career satisfaction score were compared in the two phases,and the nursing error incident rate and patient care satisfaction were compared in the two phases.Results The work stress index of the nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The workplace mindfulness score and occupational satisfaction score were higher than those in the control group,all(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing error events was 1%in the observation group,which was lower than the 7%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the nursing group was 98%in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group(90%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle concept used in operating room nursing management can reduce the work pressure of nurses,improve their workplace mindfulness and professional satisfaction,and is conducive to improving the quality of nursing management,reducing the occurrence of nursing error events,and improving patient satisfaction.
