层级护理管理模式对预防宫颈癌术后深静脉血栓的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Hierarchical Nursing Management Model on the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis after Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的分析层级护理管理模式对预防宫颈癌术后深静脉血栓中的应用效果。方法选取该院2019年1—4月收治的88例宫颈癌患者,随机均分为观察组和参考组,各44例。参照组实施一般护理管理,观察组实施层级护理管理,对比两组患者护理前后心理状态变化、护理满意度情况。结果观察组基本护理(95.10±4.21)分、病区管理(96.32±3.72)分、护理记录(93.70±4.32)分、护理实施情况(95.12±4.22)分、急救用品管理(93.24±4.26)分、药品以及医用器械管理(95.12±4.35)分、护理人员的专业素质(92.59±3.85)分高于参照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度评分明显高于参照组(P<0.05),观察组深静脉血栓发生率2.27%明显低于参照组13.64%(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理模式可以有效地预防宫颈癌术后深静脉血栓,提高患者护理满意度和护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical nursing management model on the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after cervical cancer surgery.Methods 88 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from January to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and reference group with 44 cases each.The reference group implemented general nursing management,the observation group implemented hierarchical nursing management,and compared the changes in psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results Observation group:basic nursing(95.10±4.21)points,ward management(96.32±3.72)points,nursing record(93.70±4.32)points,nursing implementation(95.12±4.22)points,first aid supplies management(93.24±4.26)points,medicine and medical device management(95.12±4.35)points,professional quality of nursing staff(92.59±3.85)points were higher than the reference group(P<0.05),and the patient satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05),the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 2.27%significantly lower than that in the reference group of 13.64%(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical nursing management model can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis after cervical cancer surgery,improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.
