JCI标准结合6S管理法在儿科病区备用药品安全管理中的作用效果观察

Observation of the Effect of JCI Standard and 6S Management Method on the Safety Management of Standby Medicines in Pediatric Ward

目的探讨基于JCI标准联合6S管理法在儿科病区备用药品安全管理中的作用效果。方法调查该院2014年5月—2017年10月儿科病区40种备用药品情况,做好相关记录和整理工作,应用JCI国际医院评审标准,结合6S管理法进行备用药品的规范管理,并对比前后管理效果及提高护理人员工作能力的作用。结果管理后药品合格率比管理前高;管理前取药时间为(5.67±0.56)min,管理后取药时间为(1.47±0.86)min,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科JCI标准结合6S的管理措施可提高护理工作效率以及病区备用药品安全管理。

Objective To explore the effect of the JCI standard and 6S management method on the safety management of standby medicines in pediatric wards.Methods Investigate the situation of 40 standby medicines in the pediatric ward from May 2014 to October 2017 in the hospital,make relevant records and organize the work,apply the JCI International Hospital Accreditation Standard,and use the 6S management method to standardize the management of standby medicines.Compare the management effect before and after and the effect of improving the nursing staff's working ability.Results The qualified rate of medicines after administration was higher than that before administration;the time for taking medicines before administration was(5.67±0.56)min,and the time for taking medicines after administration was(1.47±0.86)min.The difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The pediatric JCI standard combined with 6S management measures can improve the efficiency of nursing work and the safety management of standby medicines in the ward.
