摘要
目的研究预案情景模拟教学在新护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年6月该科60名新护士作为研究对象,采用抽签分组法将其分为实验组与对照组,各30名,实验组学生进行预案情景模拟教学,对照组学生硕士传统的教学方法。观察两组学生学习成绩、自主学习能力以及对教学活动的满意度。结果实验组学生理论成绩(92.54±3.71)分和操作成绩(93.82±3.31)分高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生自主学习能力中学习动机(32.03±2.21)分、自我管理能力(41.44±4.89)分、学习合作能力(18.50±3.35)分、信息素质(22.84±3.12)分和总分(114.81±15.26)分均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生对教学满意度93.33%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。结论预案情景模拟教学在新护士培训中效果明显,可以有效提高学生的学习成绩,提高学生自主学习能力和教学活动满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application effect of scenario simulation teaching in new nurse training.Methods Sixty new nurses in our department from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by drawing lots and divided into groups of 30 each.The experimental group students were given simulated scenario teaching and control group students traditional teaching methods for master.Observe the two groups of students'academic performance,autonomous learning ability and satisfaction with teaching activities.Results The experimental group scores were(92.54±3.71)points and(93.82±3.31)points,respectively.The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group were motivated to learn(32.03±2.21)points,and self-management ability(41.44±4.89)points,learning cooperation ability(18.50±3.35)points,information quality(22.84±3.12)points,and total score(114.81±15.26)points were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate was 93.33%higher than the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-plan scenario simulation teaching has obvious effects in the training of new nurses,which can effectively improve students'academic performance,improve students'autonomous learning ability and satisfaction with teaching activities,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
