摘要
目的评价“互联网+”背景下新型教学模式在胸心外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年5月该院胸心外科42名实习护士和规培护士,根据护理带教方法不同进行分组。对照组采用PBL教学法实施护理带教,观察组采用互联网+PBL教学法实施护理带教。观察两组护士在进行为期3个月的学习后,在学习动机、计划和实施、自我管理、人际沟通等方面的成绩,并由护士对教学情况进行满意度评价。结果观察组护士在学习动机、计划和实施、自我管理、人际沟通得分及总分上均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察护士对带教模式满意度95.83%高于对照组87.50%(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”背景下联合PBL教学法对提高胸心外科护理带教效果,继发护士学习兴趣,进而提高其成绩有积极意义。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of a new teaching mode in the teaching of thoracic and cardiac surgery nursing under the background of"Internet+".Methods Forty-two trainees and nurses from the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery in the hospital from January 2017 to May 2018,were grouped according to different nursing teaching methods.The control group used PBL teaching method to implement nursing teaching,and the observation group used Internet+PBL teaching method to implement nursing teaching.Observe the performance of the two groups of nurses in learning motivation,planning and implementation,self-management,interpersonal communication,etc.after 3 months of study,and the nurses will evaluate the teaching situation.Results The observation group nurses were higher than the control group in learning motivation,planning and implementation,self-management,interpersonal communication score and total score(P<0.05).Observation nurses'satisfaction with the teaching mode was 95.83%higher than the control group 87.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined PBL teaching method based on the"Internet+"background has positive significance for improving the teaching effect of thoracic and cardiac surgery nursing,secondary nurses'learning interest,and then improving their performance.
