摘要 目的探讨PBL教学在妇科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月—2019年3月于该院妇科实习的88名护生作为该次研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各有护生44名,对照组应用传统灌输式教学方法,观察组应用PBL教学方法,对比两组护生的护理带教效果。结果观察组护生的理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩均要显著比对照组护生高(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教方法互动性、主动性、价值性以及交流性评分均要显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学在妇科护理带教中具有显著效果,可明显改善护理带教效果,提升护生临床护理知识与操作技能水平。 Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching in gynecological nursing teaching.Methods Eighty-eight nursing students who participated in the gynecological practice in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 nursing students in each group.The traditional instillation teaching method was applied,and the observation group applied the PBL teaching method to compare the nursing teaching effect of the two groups of nursing students.Results The nursing students in the observation group had significantly higher theoretical knowledge and operational skills than the nursing students in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing students in the observation group had interactive,active,valuable,and communicative scores on teaching methods.It was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching has a significant effect in gynecological nursing teaching,it can significantly improve the effect of nursing teaching,and enhance the clinical nursing knowledge and operating skills of nursing students.
