基层医院暴力行为的现状分析及对策

医疗机构的暴力行为是医学界面临的发展问题。尤其在基层地区受经济水平、教育水平等因素影响,层现出增长趋势,对医务人员及社会产生不良影响。该文结合当前基层医院暴力行为的表现形式,从社会、医方、患方3方面进行原因剖析,提出了进一步完善法律法规细则、加大基层医院的社会化投入、加强健康通识化教育、提高医护人员的继续教育及建立医疗风险机制的防范对策。降低发生基层医院暴力行为风险,构建和谐的医患关系。

Violence in medical institutions is a development issue facing the medical community.Especially in the grassroots areas,affected by factors such as economic level and education level,there is a growing trend at the grassroots level,which has adverse effects on medical staff and society.Based on the manifestation of violence in grass-roots hospitals in the new situation,this article analyzes the causes from three aspects:society,doctors and patients,improving the continuing education of medical staff and preventive measures to establish a medical risk mechanism.Reduce the risk of violence in primary hospitals and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
