中西医结合治疗痰瘀阻络型糖尿病痛性神经病变临床疗效观察分析

Observation and Analysis of Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Painful Neuropathy of Diabetes Mellitus Due to Phlegm Stasis and Obstruction

目的研究痰瘀阻络型糖尿病痛性神经病变(DPN)联合采用中西医治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月—2019年7月该院90例DPN患者作为研究对象,遵照随机化原则分成对照组和试验组各45例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,试验组采用常规西医联合中医治疗。比较两组治疗效果、踝肱指数(ABI)和疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果对照组总疗效80.00%与试验组95.56%比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.075,P<0.05);试验组治疗后ABI(0.87±0.14)与对照组(0.85±0.12)对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.728,P>0.05);治疗后,试验组VAS评分(3.89±0.99)分与对照组(4.62±1.11)分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.292,P<0.05)。结论中西医联合治疗DPN效果显著,能提高疗效、减轻疼痛、改善踝肱指数。

Objective To study the clinical effect of sputum stasis and obstruction type diabetic pain neuropathy(DPN) combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods From June 2018 to July 2019, 90 patients with DPN in the hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the principle of randomization, they were divided into a control group and a test group with 45 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The treatment effects, ankle brachial index(ABI) and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy of the control group was 80.00% compared with the test group of 95.56%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.075, P<0.05);the ABI(0.87±0.14) of the test group after treatment was compared with the control group(0.85 ±0.12), The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.728, P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS score(3.89±0.99)points of the test group was compared with the control group(4.62±1.11)points. The difference was statistically significant(t=3.292, P<0.05). Conclusion The combined effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on DPN is significant, it can improve the curative effect, reduce pain, and improve the ankle-brachial index.
