摘要
目的观察临床星状神经节阻滞疗法对于偏头痛症的治疗效果、安全性及其对于人血清中过氧化物酶体增殖因子活化受体家族(peroxisome proliferator activated receptor,PPARs)水平变化的实际影响。方法将该院2016年2—8月间收治的偏头痛患者50例按照随机数表法分为实验组(25例,采用星状神经节阻滞法治疗)、对照组(25例,服用中成药红龙镇痛片治疗),对比两组的治疗效果、用药不良反应及治疗前后患者血清中的PPARs含量。结果①治疗1个疗程后,实验组的治疗优良率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%(χ^2=4.500,P=0.034<0.05)。②用药期间,实验组的不良反应率为4.0%,略低于对照组的12.0%,但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③治疗前,两组患者血清中的PPARα、PPARβ、PPARγ的含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清PPARs含量均出现增加,而实验组患者血清PPARα、PPARβ、PPARγ水平均明显高于对照组(t=3.912、4.295、5.665,P=0.000<0.05)。结论应用星状神经节阻滞法治疗偏头痛的疗效满意、不良反应少,另外,这种疗法还能有效激活PPARs水平从而调节机体免疫、代谢功能、降低偏头痛复发频次。
Objective To clinically observe the therapeutic effect and safety of stellate ganglion block therapy for migraine and its level of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor(PPARs) in human serum actual impact of change.Methods Fifty migraine patients treated in the hospital from February to August 2016 were divided into experimental group(25 cases treated with stellate ganglion block method) and control group(25 cases, taking the Chinese patent medicine Honglong Analgesic Tablets) according to the random number table method, the treatment effects, adverse drug reactions, and PPARs in patients’ serum before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results 1.After one course of treatment, the excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than the control group’s 68.0%(χ^2=4.500, P =0.034 <0.05). 2.During the medication period, the adverse reaction rate in the experimental group was 4.0%, which was slightly lower than 12.0% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05);3.before treatment, the two groups There was no statistically significant difference in the serum PPARα, PPARβ, and PPARγ levels in patients(P>0.05). After treatment, the serum PPARs levels in both groups increased, while the levels of serum PPARα, PPARβ,and PPARγ in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(t=3.912, 4.295, 5.665, P=0.000<0.05). Conclusion The stellate ganglion block method has satisfactory curative effect and adverse reactions in the treatment of migraine. In addition, this therapy can effectively activate the level of PPARs to regulate the body’s immune and metabolic functions and reduce the frequency of migraine recurrence.
