生化检验标本放置时间对检验结果产生的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析生化检验标本放置时间对检验结果产生的影响。方法该院2018年2月—2019年2月自愿参与体检的70名健康者,经全自动生化分析仪进行生化检验,所采集血液标本离心、取上清液后即刻检测相关指标,剩余标本在4℃冰箱内保存后,分别于2、12、24 h再次取出进行生化检验,以即刻检测值为基础值,通过与标本不同放置时间检验结果的对比,分析标本放置时间对生化检验结果的不同影响。结果以即刻检测值为基础值,对比生化检验标本不同放置时间的检验结果,标本存放2 h后,Na+、K+、ALT、TP、ALB、LDH有所下降,存放12 h后,Na+有所升高,存放24 h后,K+、TP有所升高;标本存放2 h后,CO2、Glu持续下降。经统计学检验,CO2(2、12、24 h)、Na+(2、12、24 h)、K+(2、24 h)、Glu(2 h)、ALT(2 h)、TP(2、24 h)、LDH(2 h)的检测值与各指标基础值的对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,碳酸(2、12、24 h)、钠(2、12、24 h)、钾(2、24 h)、葡萄糖(2 h)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(2 h)、总蛋白(2、24 h)、乳酸脱氢酶(2 h)的检测值与各指标基础值的对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,即刻CO2、Na+、K+、Glu、ALT、AST、TP、CK、ALB、LDH分别是(22.64±1.41)mmol/L、(143.13±1.69)mmol/L、(4.32±0.34)mmol/L、(6.83±3.64)mmol/L、(35.80±18.67)U/L、(21.62±2.27)U/L、(79.23±7.41)g/L、(72.80±19.27)U/L、(42.96±2.55)g/L、(176.28±54.24)U/L,24 h后分别是(19.00±1.40)mmol/L、(147.60±1.85)mmol/L、(4.57±0.22)mmol/L、(6.88±3.59)mmol/L、(35.04±18.32)U/L、(32.61±3.01)U/L、(82.68±7.42)g/L、(73.59±17.68)U/L、(40.29±2.55)g/L、(177.60±60.21)U/L。结论标本放置时间的延长对生化检验多项指标测定结果的影响较大,及时检测方可减少误差,提升生化检验结果的准确性。 Objective To analyze the effect of the time of biochemical test specimens on the test results. Methods Seventy healthy people who volunteered for physical examination in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were subjected to biochemical examination by a full-automatic biochemical analyzer. The collected blood samples were centrifuged and the supernatant was immediately tested for relevant indicators. The remaining samples were being stored in a refrigerator at 4℃, it was taken out again at 2, 12, and 24 h for biochemical examination. Based on the immediate detection value, the difference between the test results and the test results of different storage times was used to analyze the different effects of the sample storage time on the biochemical test results. Results Based on the immediate detection value, comparing the test results of biochemical test specimens with different storage times, the Na+, K+, ALT, TP, ALB, and LDH decreased after the specimens were stored for 2 h. After 12 h, the Na+increased.After 24 h of storage, K+and TP increased;after 2 h of storage, CO2 and Glu continued to decrease. After statistical inspection, CO2(2, 12, 24 h), Na+(2, 12, 24 h), K+(2, 24 h), Glu(2 h), ALT(2 h), TP(2, 24 h), LDH(2 h). There was a statistically significant difference between the measured values and the basic values of each indicator(P<0.05). Among them, carbonic acid(2, 12, 24 h), sodium(2, 12, 24 h), potassium(2, 24 h), glucose(2 h), alanine aminotransferase(2 h), total protein(2, 24 h), and lactate dehydrogenase(2 h) and the basic values of each index had a statistically significant difference between these measured values(P<0.05). Among them, immediate CO2, Na+, K+, Glu, ALT, AST,TP, CK, ALB,LDH were(22.64 ±1.41)mmol/L,(143.13 ±1.69)mmol/L,(4.32 ±0.34)mmol/L,(6.83 ±3.64)mmol/L,(35.80±18.67)U/L,(21.62±2.27)U/L,(79.23±7.41)g/L,(72.80±19.27)U/L,(42.96±2.55)g/L,(176.28±54.24)U/L, 24 h later were(19.00±1.40)mmol/L,(147.60±1.85)mmol/L,(4.57±0.22)mmol/L,(6.88±3.59)mmol/L,(35.04±18.32)U/L,(32.61 ±3.01)U/L,(82.68 ±7.42)g/L,(73.59 ±17.68)U/L,(40.29 ±2.55)g/L,(177.60 ±60.21)U/L. Conclusion The prolonged specimen storage time has a greater impact on the results of biochemical tests. The timely detection can reduce errors and improve the accuracy of biochemical test results.
