摘要
目的分析3D打印技术辅助髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折的效果。方法以2015年1月—2019年6月江苏省溧阳市人民医院骨科共44例髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折患者为对象,将其中22例视作对照组,接受髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗,另外22例视作观察组,接受3D打印技术辅助髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量与对照组差异无统计学意义(t=0.531、0.910,P>0.05);观察组术后1、2、3个月的髋关节功能评分为(70.45±10.45)分、(76.98±11.28)分、(82.37±12.45)分,对照组为(64.83±8.79)分、(69.83±10.23)分、(75.02±11.07)分(t=3.042、2.202、3.070,P<0.05);观察组术后1个月骨折复位优良率为90.91%,对照组优良率81.82%(χ^2=0.772,P>0.05)。结论 3D打印技术辅助髂骨翼重建髋臼后壁联合内固定治疗髋臼后壁粉碎性骨折手术效果良好,髋关节功能改善更明显。
Objective To analyze the effect of 3 D printing technology on the reconstruction of the posterior wall of the acetabulum combined with internal fixation for the treatment of comminuted fractures of the posterior wall of the acetabulum. Methods A total of 44 patients with comminuted fractures of the posterior wall of the acetabulum were taken from January 2015 to June 2019 in the Department of Orthopedics, Liyang People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province.22 of them were treated as the control group. Wall combined with internal fixation, the other 22 cases were regarded as the observation group, and 3D printing technology was used to assist the reconstruction of the posterior wall of the acetabulum with internal fixation. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the observation group and the control group(t=0.531, 0.910, P>0.05). The hip function scores of the observation group at 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after surgery were:(70.45±10.45) points,(76.98±11.28) points,(82.37±12.45) points, the control group was(64.83±8.79)points,(69.83±10.23) points,(75.02±11.07) points(t=3.042, 2.202, 3.070, P<0.05);1 month after surgery, the excellent and good fracture reduction rate in the observation group was 90.91%, and the excellent and good rate in the control group was 81.82%(χ^2=0.772, P>0.05). Conclusion The 3 D printing technology assists the reconstruction of the posterior wall of the acetabular wing with internal fixation for comminuted fractures of the posterior wall of the acetabulum, and the improvement of hip joint function is more obvious.
