关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后快速康复方案对膝关节功能康复的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Program for Arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction on Knee Functional Rehabilitation

目的分析研究对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者实施快速康复方案后膝关节功能的康复效果。方法选取2016年3月—2019年3月在该院进行实施关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术的患者,共80例,根据入院时间分为S组和D组,D组实施常规康复训练,S组实施快速康复训练,对比两组患者手术6个月之后膝关节功能的恢复情况;利用健康调查表对患者手术之后的生活质量进行评分;对比两组患者的康复满意度。结果 S组患者手术后6个月膝关节功能的康复情况(95.00%)明显好于D组患者(62.50%)(χ^2=12.624,P=0.000);S组患者生活质量评分中各项指标明显优于D组患者(P<0.05);S组患者对康复方案的满意度(95.00%)明显高于D组患者(65.00%),且数据均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者实施快速康复方案后膝关节功能的康复效果要好于常规康复训练后的康复效果,提高患者的治疗效果,并在一定程度上提高了患者术后的生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and study the rehabilitation effect of knee joint function in patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with rapid rehabilitation program. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected. They were divided into group S and group D according to the time of admission, and group D received routine rehabilitation training. The group S implemented rapid rehabilitation training to compare the recovery of knee function after 6 months of surgery in the two groups;used the health questionnaire to score the patients’ quality of life after the surgery;and compared the satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results The knee joint function recovery(95.00%) at 6 months after surgery in group S was significantly better than that in group D(62.50%)(χ^2=12.624,P=0.000). The indicators of quality of life scores in group S were significantly better than those in group D(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in group S(95.00%) was significantly higher than that of patients in group D(65.00%), and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of knee joint function in patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is better than the rehabilitation effect after conventional rehabilitation training, which improves the treatment effect of patients and improves the patients’ postoperative life quality to a certain extent, which has certain clinical application value.
