微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石合并重度肾积水患者的临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in Patients with Upper Urinary Calculi and Severe Hydronephrosis

目的微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石合并重度肾积水患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月—2019年4月来该院接受疾病治疗的100例上尿路结石合并重度肾积水患者为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受常规手术,观察组接受微创经皮肾镜取石术,分析结果。结果与对照组患者的并发症发生率(22.00%)相比,观察组患者的(4.00%)更低(χ^2=13.258,P<0.05);和对照组患者的住院时间(14.56±1.98)d、术中出血量(45.26±3.55)m L、手术时长(66.39±3.58)min相比,观察组患者的(11.52±1.85)d、(24.52±2.96)mL、(45.58±3.94)min术中情况更好(t=7.598、30.254、29.635,P<0.05)。结论针对于上尿路结石合并重度肾积水患者应用微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗疾病效果显著,其具备了切口小、术中出血少、并发症发生率低的优势,可促进患者疾病转归。

Objective The clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with upper urinary calculi and severe hydronephrosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with upper urinary stones and severe hydronephrosis who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into 2 groups of 50 cases each. The control group received conventional surgery, and the observation group received minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the results were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications(22.00%) was lower in the observation group(4.00%)(χ^2=13.258,P<0.05),the length of hospital stay(14.56±1.98)d, surgery average blood loss(45.26±3.55)mL and operation time(66.39±3.58)min, the observation group(11.52±1.85)d,(24.52±2.96)mL,(45.58±3.94)min intraoperative conditions even better(t =7.598,30.254,29.635,P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with upper urinary calculi complicated by severe hydronephrosis, minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is effective in treating the disease. It has the advantages of small incision size, less intraoperative bleeding, and low incidence of complications, which can promote the disease outcome of patients.
