阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道感染治疗中的应用分析

Analysis of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Pediatric Respiratory Infection

目的探讨分析阿奇霉素在小儿呼吸道感染治疗中的临床应用效果。方法以该院儿科2018年9月—2019年9月收治的小儿呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别采用头孢呋辛钠和阿奇霉素进行治疗,比较其临床效果及其相关指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的77.08%(χ^2=5.352,P=0.021<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、气喘、肺部啰音消失等各种临床症状消失时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、消化道不适、头痛等不良反应的总发生率为6.25%,明显低于对照组的20.83%(χ^2=4.360,P=0.037<0.05);治疗后两组的各项血清学指标检测水平均有明显降低(P<0.05);观察组的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿呼吸道感染采用阿奇霉素治疗能够迅速缓解临床症状和体征,而且不良反应发生率较低,具有非常显著的临床疗效和安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric respiratory infections. Methods The children with respiratory infections treated in the pediatric department from September 2018 to September 2019 were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with cefuroxime sodium and azithromycin, and their clinical effects and related indicators were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 77.08% in the control group(χ^2=5.352, P=0.021 <0.05). The observation group had various clinical symptoms such as fever, cough, asthma, and disappearance of lung snoring. The time it took to disappear was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal discomfort, and headache in the observation group was 6.25%, which was significantly lower than 20.83% in the control group(χ^2=4.360, P=0.037 <0.05);there was statistically significant difference in the serum levels of the two groups after treatment(P <0.05);the level in the observation group was significantly lower than that control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin treatment for children with respiratory tract infections can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms and signs, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions. It has very significant clinical efficacy and safety.
