阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗银屑病的疗效分析

Efficacy of Avi A Combined with Total Glucosides of Paeony in the Treatment of Psoriasis

目的观察与评价阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗银屑病的疗效。方法针对2018年2月—2019年9月该院收治的银屑病患者,按标准从中选择94例作为该次研究的对象,奇偶数法随机分为两组,每组47例。观察组采用阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗,对照组采用阿维A治疗。治疗2个月后,比较两组患者PASI评分、血清细胞因子水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组PASI评分、血清细胞因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组用药1个月后PASI评分(20.06±5.14)分、用药2个月后PASI评分(15.26±3.29)分、IL-2(17.68±2.03)pg/mL、IFN-γ水平(46.42±7.06)pg/mL明显低于对照组(25.83±5.08)分、(19.71±3.34)分、(28.61±1.96)pg/mL、(63.85±6.87)pg/mL,IL-4水平明显(20.21±1.08)pg/mL高于对照组(17.83±1.09)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=3.736、4.013、4.072、3.978、4.117,P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率87.23%高于对照组65.96%,不良反应发生率4.26%低于对照组19.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.935、5.182,P<0.05)。结论阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗银屑病与单一使用阿维A治疗相比,疗效更为确切,能够更有效地调节血清细胞因子水平,改善患者皮损症状,安全性更高。

Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Awei A combined with total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods A total of 94 patients with psoriasis treated in the hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the object of this study according to the standard. The observation group was treated with Avi A combined with total glucosides of paeony, and the control group was treated with Avi A. After 2 months of treatment, the PASI score, serum cytokine level, clinical efficacy, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in PASI score and serum cytokine level between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the PASI score(20.06±5.14) points in the observation group after one month of medication, the PASI score(15.26±3.29)points, IL-2(17.68±2.03)pg/mL, and IFN-γ level(46.42±7.06)pg/mL were significantly lower after two months of medication In the control group(25.83±5.08)points,(19.71±3.34)points,(28.61±1.96)pg/mL,(63.85±6.87)pg/mL, the level of IL-4 was significantly(20.21±1.08)pg/mL higher than that of the control group(17.83±1.09)pg/mL, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.736, 4.013, 4.072, 3.978, 4.117, P<0.05). The total treatment effect in the observation group was 87.23% higher than that in the control group 65.96, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.26% lower than that in the control group 19.15%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=5.935,5.182,P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with Awei A alone, Awei A combined with total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of psoriasis has a more precise effect, can more effectively adjust the serum cytokine level, improve the symptoms of skin lesions, and is safer.
