穴位按摩联合硫酸镁湿敷对产后痔疮疼痛和舒适度的影响研究

Acupuncture Point Massage Combined with Magnesium Sulfate Wet Compress on Postpartum Hemorrhoids Pain and Comfort

目的研究产后痔疮患者联合实施穴位按摩+硫酸镁湿敷后的疼痛程度及舒适度。方法对2019年3—12月于该院自然分娩并同时伴有产后痔疮的100例产妇进行随机分组,分成对照组(50例)和实验组(50例),给予对照组常规护理及外涂痔疮膏,给予实验组穴位按摩+硫酸镁湿敷,于产后1 d、3 d及1周调查两组的疼痛程度及舒适度,于出院前调查两组的满意度情况,对比两组的疼痛程度评分、舒适度评分及满意度评分。结果治疗后,实验组的疼痛程度评分(1.18±0.24)及满意度评分(1.30±0.23)明显比对照组(1.33±0.28)分、(1.78±0.18)分低,舒适度评分(2.98±0.81)分明显比对照组(2.32±0.83)分高,均差异有统计学意义(t=2.876,11.621,4.024,P<0.05)。结论产后痔疮患者联合实施穴位按摩+硫酸镁湿敷的临床效果显著,可以缓解疼痛程度,也可以提高舒适度。

Objective To study the pain degree and comfort of patients with postpartum hemorrhoids combined with acupoint massage+magnesium sulfate wet compress.Methods Randomly divide 100 cases of women who were delivered naturally in the hospital from March to December 2019 with postpartum hemorrhoids,and were divided into a control group(50 cases)and an experimental group(50 cases).Nursing and external application of hemorrhoids cream,giving acupuncture point massage+magnesium sulfate wet compress to the experimental group,investigating the pain and comfort of the two groups at 1 d,3 d,and 1 week postpartum,and surveying the satisfaction of the two groups before discharge,the pain degree,comfort score and satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain score(1.18±0.24)points and satisfaction score(1.30±0.23)points of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(1.33±0.28)points,(1.78±0.18)points,and the comfort score(2.98±0.81)points,significantly higher than the control group(2.32±0.83)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.876,11.621,4.024,P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum hemorrhoids patients combined with acupoint massage+magnesium sulfate wet compress has a significant clinical effect,which can relieve pain and improve comfort.
