摘要
目的研究腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果和对患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9 (MMP-9)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)及组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1 (TIMP-1)的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年3月浚县人民医院收治的110例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组55例。所有患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗,实验组患者术后给予米非司酮片治疗。治疗3个月,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效;MMP-9、OPN及TIMP-1水平变化情况;血清雌激素、黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素和孕酮水平。结果实验组患者治疗后临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),而MMP-9、OPN及TIMP-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05),且血清雌激素、黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素和孕酮水平也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效理想,能够有效降低患者MMP-9、OPN及TIMP-1水平,改善患者性激素水平。
【Objective】 To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone on the treatment of endometriosis and the effect on the levels of MMP-9, OPN and TIMP-1 in patients.【Methods】Totally 110 cases of patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(55 cases) and the control group(55 cases). All patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery, and the experimental group was treated with mifepristone tablets after surgery. After treatment for 3 months,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared;changes of MMP-9, OPN and TIMP-1 levels in the two groups were compared between the two groups;serum estrogen, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and progesterone levels were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment, the clinical efficacy of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), the levels of MMP-9, OPN and TIMP-1 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the levels of serum estrogen, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and progesterone in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis is of ideal clinical efficacy, can effectively reduce MMP-9,OPN, TIMP-1 levels, and improve the patient’s sex hormone level.
