摘要
目的探究血透中采用经皮颈内静脉置管与股静脉置管的差异。方法选择新乡医学院第一附属医院进行血液透析治疗的126例病患为研究样本,治疗时间均在2016年3月至2019年3月。依据静脉置管方式的不同,分成常规组62例,经股静脉置管;实验组64例,经颈内静脉置管。比较血透前后两组尿素氮水平、血肌酐水平以及并发症出现情况。结果实验组尿素氮下降率以及尿素清除指数均高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组与常规组并发症出现率分别是6.25%、30.65%(P<0.05)。结论颈内静脉置管可作为血透病患常规暂时性静脉通路。
【Objective】To explore the difference between percutaneous internal jugular vein catheterization and femoral vein catheterization in hemodialysis.【Methods】A total of 126 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as study samples. The treatment time was between March 2016 and March 2019. According to the different methods of venous catheterization, 62 patients were divided into routine group, and the tube was inserted through the femoral vein;64 cases in the experimental group were placed catheters through the internal jugular vein. The levels of urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and complications were compared between the two groups before and after hemodialysis.【Results】The urea nitrogen reduction rate and urea clearance index of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group and the conventional group was 6.25% and 30.65%, respectively(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The internal jugular vein can be used as a routine temporary venous access for hemodialysis patients.
