南宁市电子商务进农村现状及对策研究

Research on current situation and countermeasures of electronic commerce in Nanning City

"电子商务进农村示范县"项目已在全国全面铺开,南宁市的5个示范县目前部分县已进入项目验收期。南宁市以发展特色农产品电子商务交易服务、东盟国际贸易国际化物流基地为重点,建成西部地区电子商务示范基地和东南亚重要的电子商务中心城市。项目实施中也显现出重建设轻运营、产业支撑能力不足、多见工业品下乡,难见农产品上行、专业人员匮乏、公共服务体系服务能力弱、电子商务培训形式化等问题。文章从南宁市的实际情况出发,提出培育优势产业,构建农村电商生态,扶持本地龙头企业,加强区域公用品牌建设,创新农产品上行模式,规范农村电商培训,加强电商专业化队伍建设等方面的参考对策和建议,以促进南宁市农村电商健康、快速发展。

"E-commerce into rural demonstration county"project has been fully spread out in the country,among of 5 demonstration counties of Nanning City,some have entered the project acceptance period.Nanning City focuses on the development of characteristic agricultural products e-commerce trading services,ASEAN international trade&logistics base,built the western region e-commerce demonstration base and Southeast Asia important e-commerce center city.During the project implementation,it also shows the issues of attach importance to construction while neglect operation,insufficient industrial support ability,many industrial products promoting to the countryside,but fewer agricultural products uplink to downtown,lack of professionals,weak service capacity of public service system,formalization of e-commerce training and so on.The article will start from the actual situation of Nanning City,put forward developing of superior industries,construction of rural e-commerce ecology,support of local leading enterprises,strengthening the construction of regional public brands,innovation of agricultural products uplink model,standardization of rural e-commerce training,strengthening the construction of professional teams of e-commerce and other aspects of reference countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and rapid development of rural e-commerce in Nanning.
