文章介绍了GJB 9001C对不合格输出的控制要求和5M1E原因分析方法,并依据5M1E方法对不合格品案例进行了原因分析并制定了纠正措施,对建立预防为主的质量管理体系提出了建议。
The paper introduces the control requirements of GJB 9001C for unqualified output and 5M1E cause analysis method.It analyzes the causes of unqualified cases based on 5M1E method and formulates corrective measures.The paper puts forward the suggestions of establishing a prevention-based quality management system.
