观光潜水器载人舱大开口结构强度分析

Analysis of Large Opening Structure Strengthen of Manned Cabin of Tourist Submersibles

文章分别采用规范计算和有限元分析对23客位观光潜水器载人舱大开口结构强度进行分析,并设计2种大开口结构加强形式。计算结果显示,文章设计的载人舱结构满足规范对强度和稳定性的要求,且设计的2种结构加强形式均能满足强度要求。文章计算结果可为大开口耐压罐体结构的优化设计提供参考。

In the paper,the manned cabin large opening structure strength of 23-passenger turist submersible is analyzed by standard calculation and finite element analysis,and two types of large opening structure are designed.The results show that the manned cabin structure designed in the paper fulfills the strength and stability requirements of the standard,and the two types of structural reinforcement can fulfill the strength requirements.The calculation results in the paper can provide reference for the optimum design of large opening pressure tank structure.
