摘要
海洋平台在服役期间长期遭受风、浪、流等交变载荷作用,随着服役年限的增加,平台节点及构件处产生疲劳裂纹的可能性愈发增大,尤其是对于超期服役的老龄平台,裂纹缺陷已经是最常见的检出缺陷之一。如不及时处理裂纹缺陷,裂纹将在外载荷作用下继续扩展,甚至会出现结构断裂问题,严重影响平台结构的安全。文章针对南海东部海域某平台出现裂纹的情况,提出了一种修复思路,并对修复效果进行了评估和分析。分析结果表明:经修复后,目标平台能够满足未来10年的生产和钻修井服务需求。该修复和评估方案已经应用于实际工程项目中,为其他海域类似项目提供借鉴。
Offshore platforms are suffering from severe cyclical loading such as wind,wave,current,etc.during their service life.The possibility of the occurrence of the fatigue crack on platform joints and members increases along with the platform’s service life increases.Especially for those ageing platforms,crack defect is already becoming one of the most defects that has been detected.If the crack defects are not treated appropriately in time,they will propagate under the effect of outer loading,and will significantly affect the safety of the platform.The paper proposes a repair method for the crack defect found in a fixed platform in east South China Sea.The repair results are further evaluated by structure analysis.The analysis results show that the repaired platform can support normal production and drilling&work-over operation in the next 10 years.The repairing and evaluation method has been applied in actual engineering project,and offers reference for other similar projects.
