基于共直流母线的PMSM对拖系统仿真研究

摘要 搭建一种共直流母线的对拖测试系统,并针对对拖系统再生回馈能量导致公共直流母线电压泵升的问题,在共直流母线上设置公共制动单元,从而简化系统结构,降低系统成本。首先对永磁同步电机(PMSM)及公共制动单元特性分析并建模,然后搭建基于共直流母线的对拖系统模型。通过对该系统进行的仿真加载试验,表明其在对永磁同步电机进行性能测试时,公共制动单元吸收系统再生回馈能量,使系统很好地应对电机减速工况。直流母线电压在公共制动单元的介入下被限制在安全范围以内,系统安全系数较高。 A common DC bus mutual-driving-system is built.Aiming at the problem that regenerative feedback energy of the towing system causes voltage pumping of the common DC bus,a public braking unit is installed on the common DC bus,which simplifies the system structure and reduces the system cost.Firstly,the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and public braking unit are analyzed and modeled,and then the model of the mutual-driving-system based on common DC bus is built.Through the simulation loading test of the system,it shows that when testing the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the public braking unit absorbs the regenerative feedback energy of the system,which makes the system cope with the deceleration condition of the motor well.The DC bus voltage is limited within the safety range under the intervention of the public braking unit,and the system safety factor is high.
