摘要 以某小型秸秆粉碎机为例,对割刀进行重新设计和优化,运用SolidWorks进行简单建模,装配成一个完整的割刀,再用ANSYS Workbench对其进行结构拓扑优化,使其在满足结构强度的基础上,减轻质量,降低生产成本,也使得结构重心更加稳定,机器整体结构更加轻便。此类型秸秆粉碎机价格较低,一定程度上降低了农户作业成本、前期的农业生产投入,有利于秸秆粉碎机的推广,也有利于秸秆还田政策在农业方面的推行。 A small straw crusher is taken as an example to redesign and optimize the cutter.Simple modeling is performed by SolidWorks,assembled into a complete cutter,and then the structural topology optimization is performed by ANSYS Workbench.On the basis of the structural strength,the mass and the cost are reduced,the center of gravity of the structure is more stable,and the overall structure of the machine is lighter.The price of this type of straw crusher is relatively low,which reduces the operation cost of farmers and the agricultural production input in the early stage to a certain extent,and so is conducive to promotion of the straw smashing machine,and to implementation of the policy of returning straw to the field in agriculture.
