轴荷对轻卡不足转向特性的影响分析

Analysis of Influence of Axle Load on Understeering Characteristics of Light Truck

以轻卡为分析对象,通过转向方程的推导,得出前后轴荷分配与不足转向梯度的关系。分析表明,前轴荷大于总质量的1/3时,轻卡才具有不足转向特性。结合实例分析轴荷的影响度,并用试验验证其分析结果,证明前后轴荷的匹配直接影响到轻卡的稳态响应。

Taking light truck as the object of analysis,the relationship between distribution of front and rear axle loads and insufficient steering gradient is obtained through derivation of steering equation.Only when the front axle load is greater than 1/3 of the total mass,the light truck has insufficient steering characteristics.The influence degree of axle load is analyzed with an example,and the analysis results are verified by experiments.It is proved that the matching of front and rear axle loads directly affects the steady state response of light truck.
