摘要
基于钢板弹簧理论运动轨迹,采用割线法对某载货汽车前钢板弹簧运动过程中的安装点位置、半径和弧高等参数进行了求解;基于求解的参数,在CATIA中搭建了参数化模型,能生成不同载荷工况下的数据模型,柔性化支持设计开发工作。
Based on the theoretical trajectory of leaf spring,secant method is used to solve the parameters of installation point location,radius and arc height during the movement of front leaf spring of a van.Based on the parameters,a parametric model is built in CATIA to support the flexible design.
