摘要
光伏发电作为清洁能源,在电动汽车上安装可延长电量,但光伏热效应对车体的温度影响不可忽视。为研究光伏板的降温效果,通过Fluent数值模拟对典型日车顶铺设光伏发电板的4种情况进行模拟研究。使用RNG k-ε湍流模型和DO热辐射模型来计算壁面换热,利用太阳计算器加载太阳模型,采用SIMPLEC算法进行求解。结果表明,在车顶合理铺设光伏板设施可以充分利用太阳能进行光伏发电,而且有一定的遮阳降温效果,可降低车顶峰值温度17℃,车内峰值温度9℃。该研究可从光热方向为汽车车顶铺设光伏板提供研究参考。
As a clean energy source,photovoltaic power generation can extend the power on electric vehicles,but the effect of photovoltaic heat on the temperature of the car body cannot be ignored.In order to study the cooling effect of photovoltaic panels,four kinds of cases of typical solar roof panels were simulated by Fluent numerical simulation.The RNG-type k-εturbulence model and the DO thermal radiation model were used to calculate the wall heat transfer.The solar model was loaded by the solar calculator and solved by the SIMPLEC algorithm.The results show that the rational installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof can make full use of solar energy for photovoltaic power generation,and it has a certain shading cooling effect,which can reduce the peak temperature of the roof by 17℃and the peak temperature of the car by 9℃.This study can provide a theoretical basis for laying of photovoltaic panels on the roof of automobiles from the direction of light and heat.
