摘要
为解决轨道精调中轨距精调自动化程度较低、准确精度不够等问题,从硬软两方面设计了一种自动检测轨距且能对轨距进行精调的自动化小车;小车的控制系统利用西门子全集成自动化软件TIA PORTAL对轨距精调的自动化任务进行编程,并提出利用单神经元PID控制算法,实时整定PID的参数,提高轨距调整精度。该小车的设计与应用可有效提高轨道轨距精调作业的效率,可以在轨道精调作业中推广使用。
In order to solve the problem of low degree of automation and low precision in track fine adjustment,this paper designs an automatic car that automatically detects the gauge distance and finely adjusts the gauge distance from the hard and soft aspects;The system uses Siemens Totally Integrated Automation Software TIA PORTAL to program the automated tasks of fine-tuning of the gauge,and proposes to use the single-neuron PID control algorithm to adjust the parameters of the PID in real time and improve the accuracy of the gauge adjustment.The design and application of the car can effectively improve the efficiency of the track gauge fine adjustment work,and can be promoted in the track fine adjustment operation.
