深圳市“衰退型”国企工业空间形态演变研究——以南油第一工业区为例

Study on the Evolution of Industrial Space in Shenzhen’s “Declined” State-Owned Enterprises——A Case of Nanyou No. 1 Industrial Zone

深圳早期由"内引"而来的国企包干进行城市组团建设的模式,对其带状组团式城市形态的形成影响深远。本文以南油第一工业区为例,采用历史资料图档查询、实地调研等研究方法,对研究范围内不同发展阶段的空间形态展开研究,探寻市场和政府对空间发挥的不同作用。研究发现2000—2009年是自发组织时期,市场力量"自下而上"对原有工业厂房进行平面和垂直空间形态的精明再造。2009年之后是整合体质时期,政府"自上而下"对外部环境秩序与景观进行规训与教导。

In the early days of Shenzhen, the state-owned enterprises contracted the construction of urban clusters by themselves, which had a profound influence on the formation of zonal group-like urban forms. Taking the Nanyou No. 1 industrial zone as an example, this paper studies the spatial forms within the research scope of different development stages by means of historical data file, field investigation and observation, etc., to explore the role of market and government in space respectively. The study found that 2000-2009 was a period of spontaneous organization, and market forced "bottom-up" smart reconstruction of the original industrial plants in plane and vertical space. After 2009, it was the period of integrated physique, and the government regulated and guided the external environmental order and landscape "from the top to down".
