基于POE下的城市广场用地评价——以楚雄桃源湖广场为例

Urban Square Land Evaluation Based on POE——A Case of Taoyuan Lake Square in Chuxiong

在城市空间的塑造中,公共空间的塑造是极其重要的一环。其中,广场又是城市公共空间中的主要节点,它是人群交往活动在城市中发生的主要场所,是一个城市的"客厅"。使用状况评价(POE)是系统描述和评价建成环境的实证性研究方法。本文以楚雄市桃源湖广场为例,从城市广场人性化使用状况方面对城市公共空间进行系统POE研究,并在此基础上提出改进意见,为更加人性化的城市公共空间设计提供依据,使之能够更好地满足使用者的需求。

In the shaping of urban space, the shaping of public space is an extremely important part. Among them, the square is the main node in the urban public space, which is the main place where people interact in the city and the "living room" of a city. POE is an empirical research method to systematically describe and evaluate the built environment. Taking Taoyuan Lake Square in Chuxiong as an example, this paper conducts a systematic POE study on urban public space from the perspective of humanized use of urban square, and puts forward suggestions for improvement on this basis, so as to provide a basis for more humanized urban public space design and better meet user needs.
