韧性理念下城市道路积水成因及优化策略——以青岛市市北区为例

Causes and Optimization Strategies of Water Accumulation on Urban Roads under the Concept of Resilience——A Case Study of Shibei District in Qingdao

摘要 近年来,随着城市化进程的不断加快,以及气候变化所导致的极端暴雨天气频繁发生,由城市道路积水引发的内涝现象严重且更为频繁,严重地影响了城市的正常运转。本文通过对青岛市市北区主要道路积水点的实地调研,分析得到积水形成的原因,并基于韧性城市"预警—应对—恢复—更新"的关键环节,引入智慧城市、低影响开发等相关概念,从预警、应对、恢复及更新4个方面分别提出城市应对道路积水问题的优化策略,以此提高城市道路应对积水内涝的韧性,减少城市由于道路积水产生的损失。 In recent years, with the rapid acceleration of urbanization and the frequent occurrence of extreme rainstorms caused by climate change, waterlogging caused by accumulated water on urban roads has frequently occurred, which has seriously affected the normal operation of cities. Based on field surveys of water accumulation points on major roads in Shibei District, the reasons for the formation of water accumulation in Qingdao were analyzed, smart cities and low-impact development were introduced based on the key links of "early warning — response — recovery — renewal" in resilient cities. From the four aspects of early warning, response, recovery and renewal, this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of urban response to the problem of road waterlogging, so as to improve the resilience of urban road response to waterlogging and reduce the loss caused by road waterlogging.
