摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病主要的微血管并发症之一。近年的研究发现,血糖波动更能加剧糖尿病肾病的发生发展,相关机制比较复杂,其可能机制为增强氧化应激,炎性反应和促进细胞凋亡。本文就血糖波动与糖尿病肾病关系的研究进展进行简要综述。
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the main microvascular complications of diabetes.In recent years,it has been found that the fluctuation of blood glucose can aggravate the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy,and the related mechanisms are complex.The enhancing oxidative stress,inflammatory response and acclerating apoptosis may be its mechanisms.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between blood glucose fluctuation and diabetic nephropathy.
