产业振兴:职业教育与乡村产业的融合机理及旨归 被引量:44

摘要 职业教育与乡村产业之间存在着相互依存、相互制约的融合关系。因各方条件限制,这种融合关系往往表征为"彼此脱嵌"与"半融半嵌"两种现实状态。产教间的彼此"脱嵌",使职教系统与产业系统处于相互"隔离"状态,阻断了两者互利共生的发展之路;产教间的半融半嵌,也在一定程度上造成了双方有限资源的浪费。作为产教融合关系中的能动主体,职业教育需有效发挥其服务功能,在保障供需结构平衡的基础上,主动建构与乡村产业间的空间互嵌、结构互嵌、要素互嵌与功能互嵌关系,并充分发挥自身在乡村产业过程性发展中的中介和纽带作用,推动产教之间从"脱嵌"走向"互嵌",从浅层融合走向深度融合,从而在达成产业振兴目标旨归的同时,也能实现职业教育与乡村社会的共生共赢发展。 Vocational education and rural industries are interdependent and mutually restricted.Due to the restrictions from different respects,the fusion relationship is generally characterized as two real states,namely,“de-embedding”and semi-embedding In the former state,the vocational education system and industrial system“isolated”from each another,impeding their common development.Similarly,the later state of“semi-embedding”results in,to some degree,a waste of limited resources on both systems.Vocational education,as an active subject in the integration of industry and education,is required to effectively play its service function.On basis of a balance of supply-demand structure,it is supposed to actively build up a relationship of inter-embedding among space,structure,elements and functions with rural industries.Meanwhile it needs to fully play its role as a link in the development of rural industries,promoting the transition from“de-embedding”to“inter-embedding”and from shallow integration to deep integration between industry and education.While achieving the goal of industrial revitalization,it can also achieve the symbiosis and win-win development between vocational education and rural society.
