人才振兴:职业教育“1+N”融合行动模式探索 被引量:46

摘要 人才振兴是乡村振兴战略的核心和关键环节,决定着乡村振兴战略的成败。职业教育要在助力乡村人才振兴中大有可为,必须构建"1+N"融合行动模式。一是要回归服务"三农"办学面向,通过增强"三农"人才的供给力度、丰富"三农"人才的供给种类以及按需分类供给本土人才,供给"1+N"人才结构类型;二是要建设"农业+"专业群,通过"1+N"专业集群、课程集群以及资源集群,培养"1+N"人才复合素质;三是要创新联动式培养方式,通过组建"学校+企业+乡村"合作育人主体、开发"项目+创新+创业"行动育人载体、延展"校园+庭园+田园"联动育人课堂以及搭建"线下服务+线上引导"混合育人网络,构筑"1+N"协同育人平台;四是要构建立体化帮扶网络,通过经济支援与社会支援相结合、个体支援与组织支援相结合、教师支援与学生支援相结合,组建"1+N"人才支援队伍。 Talent revitalization is the core of the rural revitalization strategy,which determines this strategy’s success.It is necessary to construct“1+N”integrated action mode of vocational education in order to facilitate talent revitalization in rural regions.Firstly,in order to return the “agriculture,rural areas and the wellbeing of farmers”school-oriented,the“1+N”talent structure is constructed by increasing and diversifying its supply as well as supplying local talents on demand.Secondly,to build a“agriculture plus”professional group,“1+N”talent with comprehensive qualities is cultivated by“1+N”professional cluster,curriculum cluster and resource cluster.Thirdly,to innovate the linkage training mode,“1+N”collaborative education platform is constructed by the establishment of cooperative education subject among school,enterprise and village,the development of action education carrier among project,innovation and entrepreneurship,the extension of classroom among campus,garden and countryside,and the construction of education network between offline service and online guidance.Fourthly,to build a three-dimensional support network,“1+N”talent support team is built by the combination of economic support and social support,individual support and organization support as well as teacher support and student support.
