摘要 文化振兴是乡村振兴的精神基础。当前乡村文化"去农"倾向明显,面临着文化主体涣散、文化空间消弭、文化再生能力弱化的现实困境,亟待重构。职业教育服务乡村振兴,发挥其实践属性赋能文化主体,发挥其社会属性拓展文化空间,发挥其产业属性服务文化再生,优势得天独厚,潜能高度契合,是新时代赋予的使命与机遇。职业教育走"村校融合式"文化之路,尊重并提升乡村以农民为中心的文化主体,培育并激活乡村潜在的多元文化空间,挖掘并发展基于乡村禀赋的文化产业,才能真正为乡村文化赋能,进而提升农民精神风貌,培育文明乡风、良好家风、淳朴民风,不断提高乡村社会文明程度,促进职业教育与乡村文化的互生共长,并最终实现乡村文化振兴。 Cultural revitalization is the spiritual foundation of rural revitalization.Rural culture has an obvious tendency to avoid being ruralized.Faced with the dilemma of lax cultural subject,evanescent of cultural space and weak cultural regeneration ability,it is urgent to be reconstructed.In the rural vitalization,vocational education exerts its practical attribute to empower cultural subject,exerts its social attribute to expand cultural space,and exerts its industrial attribute to serve cultural regeneration.It is the mission and opportunity given by the new era that industrial education enjoys unique advantages and highly conforms to its potential.Only through taking cultural road of “village-school integration”,respecting and promoting the rural farmer-centered cultural subject,cultivating and activating the rural potential multicultural space,excavating and developing the cultural industry based on rural endowment,can we truly empower the rural culture,as well as further improve the farmers'spiritual outlook,cultivate rural civilization,good family traditions and ancient custom.In the mean time,it is ought to improve the level of rural social civilization,promote the mutual growth of vocational education and rural culture,and finally realize the rural culture revitalization.
