摘要
内地新疆高中班少数民族学生是民族团结进步教育的种子。从交往交流交融角度研究这一群体的社会心态现状,对于正确认识和理解新时代党的民族工作有重要意义。本研究以江苏省Y市的内地高中新疆班为个案,采用问卷调查和统计的方法,从国家认同、民族认同、文化适应、社会适应、主观感受接纳程度、幸福感、社会支持、社会压力8个指标对该群体的社会心态现状进行研究。研究结果表明:少数民族学生社会心态总体上积极、健康,对国家与民族有较高的认同,社会适应能力强,多数学生选择文化整合的模式。他们在课程学习方面呈现轻度到中度的压力,社会支持以熟人关系为基础,主观感受接纳程度与幸福感较高,交往交流交融的意愿与行为较强。但少数民族学生在心理上存在隐性的族际边界,要达到紧密的文化交流交融,还需要更长的交往过程以及相关措施加以引导,创造出更多共居、共学、共事、共乐的社会条件。
Ethnic students in Xinjiang high school classes are the seeds for promoting education of national unity and progress.It is of great significance to correctly recognize and understand the Party’s ethnic work through studying social mentality of this group from the perspectives of interaction,communication and integration.Based on a case study of Xinjiang class at high school in Y city of Jiangsu province,and methods of questionnaire survey and statistics,the study tries to explore the students’social mentality through eight parameters including national identity,ethnic identity,cultural adaptation,social adaptation,subjective acceptance,happiness,social support and social pressure.Research results indicate that ethnic minority students with strong social adaptability have positive and healthy social mentality.They have high recognition of the country and the nation.Most students choose the mode of cultural integration.They show mild to moderate stress in curriculum learning.Their social support is based on acquaintance relationship,so they enjoy high feeling towards social acceptance and happiness,as well as high willingness to interact,communicate and integration.However,there remains hidden inter-ethnic boundaries in the psychology of ethnic students.In order to achieve close cultural integration,it needs longer communication process and relevant guidance so as to create more social conditions for them to live,study,work and enjoy fun together.
