摘要
创新驱动是转变发展模式、提升企业竞争力的关键因素之一,文章基于国家双创示范基地建设背景及电力行业发展现状,首先论述了建设双创示范基地信息支撑平台的必要性及其建设目标;其次,提出了双创示范基地信息支撑平台设计方案,从总体架构、功能模块2个方面对平台进行了详细分析和设计;最后,从新技术应用和安全体系建设2个方面对双创示范基地信息支撑平台应用进行了展望。
Innovation driving is one of the key factors to change the development mode and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the background of the national innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base construction and the present development situation of the power industry,the necessity and construction goals of the information support platform for innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base are discussed in this paper.Then,a design scheme for the information support platform of innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base is proposed,and the platform is analyzed and designed in detail from the aspects of overall architecture and functional modules.Finally,the application of the information support platform of innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base is prospected from the perspective of new technology application and security system construction.
