摘要
为解决大掺量矿物掺合料压浆料的抗折强度低、脆性大的问题,研发了一种新型压浆料抗折剂,通过单因素试验、正交试验和微观分析,研究了纳米硅灰、超强吸水树脂(SAP)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)对压浆料抗折强度的影响,并确定了各因素的最佳配比。结果表明,各因素对压浆料抗折强度的影响顺序为:纳米硅灰掺量>SAP掺量>PVA掺量,最优组合为:纳米硅灰掺量1%、SAP掺量0.1%、PVA掺量0.3%,此时压浆料的7 d抗压强度最高,达到11.8 MPa。
In order to solve the problems of low flexural strength and high brittleness of the duct grouting material with a large amount of mineral admixtures,a new type of anti-flexural agent was developed. Through orthogonal experiments and micro-scopic analysis,the influence of nano silica fume,SAP and PVA on the flexural strength of the duct grouting material was studied,and the best ratio of each factor was determined. The influence of each factor on the flexural strength of the duct grouting material was in the order of nano silica fume>super absorbent resin>PVA. The best content of nano silica fume,super absorbent resin and PVA is 1%,0.1% and 0.3%,respectively. The 7 d compressive strength of the duct grouting material is the highest at this time,reaching 11.8 MPa.
