摘要
研究了不同种类、不同活性、不同掺量的矿物掺合料对套筒灌浆料力学性能的影响,并开发了一种用于评价套筒灌浆料与钢筋套筒握裹性能的测试方法。结果表明,与微珠粉、硅灰以及偏高岭土相比,高活性矿渣粉的掺入能显著改善套筒灌浆料的力学性能,且掺量占总材料质量15%时效果最佳,28 d抗压强度达到135.4 MPa。大掺量高活性矿渣套筒灌浆料能使灌浆料握裹力提高40%~60%。
The effects of different mineral admixtures,different activities and different addition amounts on the physical properties of sleeve grouting material are studied in this paper. A method was developed for testing the bond stress of connect steel sleeve,which can evaluate connection performance between and among rebar,sleeve and sleeve grouting material. The results showed that compared with vitrified micro bubbles,silica fume or metakaolin,highly active micro slag fines can significantly improve the mechanical properties of sleeve grouting material. The optimum mix amounts of slag fines account for 15% of total material mass,which can make the sleeve grouting material compressive strength reach 135.4 MPa at 28 d age. It turned out that the bond stress of connect steel sleeve increased by 40%~60% after adding highly active micro slag fines.
