摘要
采用甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和磷酸酯功能性单体(PZ)等,在常温下合成了抗泥保坍型聚羧酸减水剂PCE-2。试验结果表明:当HPEG的相对分子质量为3000,酸醚比为4.25,HPA对AA的摩尔取代率为21.6%,PZ用量为3.8%,巯基丙酸(MPA)用量为0.38%,底料AA提前加入量为30%时,合成减水剂的性能最佳;凝胶渗透色谱及红外光谱分析表明,该减水剂的分子质量大于普通型聚羧酸减水剂,单体转化率较高;PCE-2具有良好的抗泥保坍效果,能适应含泥量较高的砂石骨料。
In this paper,the mud resistant and slump retaining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer PCE-2 was synthesized by using methylallylpolyoxyethylene ether(HPEG),acrylic acid(AA),hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) and phosphate functional monomer(PZ) under normal temperature. It was found that when the molecular weight of HPEG was 3000,the acid ether ratio was 4.25,the molar substitution ratio of HPA to AA was 21.6%,the amount of PZ was 3.8%,the amount of mercapto propionic acid(MPA)was 0.38%,and the amount of addition of AA in advance was 30%,the performance of water reducer was the best. Gel permeation chromatography and infrared spectrum analysis showed that the molecular weight of the water reducer was higher than that of the ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizer,and the monomer conversion rate was higher. PCE-2 has a good mud resistance and slump retaining effect,and can adapt to the sand aggregate with high mud content.
