摘要
以改性聚醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、封端酰胺磷酸酯(CAP)及白砂糖(H)为主要原料,在引发剂作用下,于40℃合成一种高保坍型聚羧酸超塑化剂。试验结果表明,该聚羧酸超塑化剂对水泥的分散性及分散保持性良好,并能有效改善混凝土的保坍性。
In this paper,a kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with highly slump-retaining ability was synthesized by modified polyether(TPEG),acrylic acid(AA),hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA),capped amide phosphate(CAP) and granulated sugar(H)at 40 centigrade under the action of catalyst. Results showed that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer had effective improvement of slump and dispersion ability of concrete and it had good dispersion ability for cement.
