The specification of field test technology for impermeability of wall is in preparation. This paper introduces the background and preliminary work of the procedure preparation,and discusses the key issues of instrument development,evaluation method and system establishment in the procedure preparation. It mainly includes improving the portability and accuracy of the in-strument,improving the fixed mode of the instrument,considering the effect of wind driven rain and the selection of detection interval,data statistics method,etc. Finally,the corresponding solutions are proposed.
