摘要
将铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜光伏组件作为幕墙玻璃材料,既能为建筑提供清洁能源,又美观新颖。根据建筑所处的环境温度、太阳辐照度分析CIGS薄膜光伏组件的电气特性,并考虑光伏幕墙周边的建筑物、构筑物造成的阴影遮挡情况,进行光伏组串、MPPT接入设计。利用PVSOL光伏建模软件建立光伏幕墙三维模型,并仿真分析各种光伏系统设计方案的发电能力,探讨光伏幕墙设计的要点。
Using copper-indium-gallium-selenide(CIGS) thin film photovoltaic modules as facade glass materials can not only provide clean energy for buildings,but also be beautiful and novel. The electrical characteristics of CIGS photovoltaic modules should be analyzed according to the environment temperature and solar irradiance of the building,and the shadows caused by the buildings and structures around photovoltaic facade should be considered while designing the photovoltaic strings and MPPT access.In this paper,PVSOL photovoltaic modeling software was applied to build a three-dimensional model of photovoltaic facade and simulate the power generation capabilities of various photovoltaic system design schemes,and the essentials of photovoltaic facade design were discussed.
