摘要
简述了传统裂缝贴在实际应用中的局限性,按初步设计的原料配比制备低温施工性良好的路面裂缝贴,测试其主要性能;研究了增塑剂、SBS、SBR、增粘树脂、再生胶粉对裂缝贴初粘性和粘结强度的影响,并得出了最佳掺量范围。试验结果表明,按最佳配比方案制备的裂缝贴样品0℃时仍能保持较高的初粘性,低温施工性和粘结强度亦表现良好。
Limitation of traditional crack paste in practical application was introduced,and a kind of crack paste was prepared according to the raw material formula that preliminarily designed,and its main performance was tested. Effect of plasticizer,SBS,SBR,terpene resin and reclaimed rubber powder on initial viscosity and adhesive strength of crack paste was researched in detail,and the best dosage of the raw materials were illustrated. The results of experiments show that the crack paste sample prepared according to the best raw material dosage shows ideal initial viscosity property at 0 ℃,as well as good application performance and nice adhesive strength in low temperature.
