摘要
本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,对农业地质土壤样品中有效钼测定进行了深入研究,并成功地建立了一种快速、准确、简便的测定农业地质土壤样品中有效钼的方法。该方法成功地解决了国家农业农村部标准分析方法 NY/T 1121.9-2012土壤检测第九部分:土壤有效钼的测定的局限性。本方法使用了五个国家标准物质,对方法进行了方法验证,十二次测定所得结果的准确度、精密度(平行测定结果允许相对相差≤15%)均符合农业农村部对农业土壤样品的分析测试标准要求。
In this paper,the determination of available molybdenum in agricultural geological soil samples was studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). A rapid,accurate and simple method for the determination of available molybdenum in agricultural geological soil samples has been successfully established. This method successfully solved the limitation of NY/T 1121. 9-2012 soil detection part 9: Limitation of determination of available molybdenum in soil. Five national reference materials were used to verify the method. The accuracy and precision( allowable relative difference of parallel determination results ≤ 15%) of the results obtained from twelve determinations met the standard of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas for the analysis and testing of agricultural soil samples.
