摘要 分布式光伏在负荷侧就近利用,清洁、高效,广受青睐。分布式光伏接入规模超过配电网的实际承载能力,会导致变压器和线路过载、线路电压偏差越限、谐波超标、保护失效等问题,影响电网的安全稳定运行。基于配电网实际运行状态和安全边界,提出了一种数据驱动的配电网分布式光伏承载力评估方法。以华东地区某市配电网为例,进行了详细测算和分析,结果表明:提出的方法可充分利用电网数据资源,评估出配电网各级母线的分布式光伏承载力及其等级。该方法通用性高,可大范围推广,为分布式光伏健康有序发展提供指导。 Distributed photovoltaic(PV)is widely favored by taking advantages of clean,efficient and close to the load side.The excessive installed capacity of distributed PV to the hosting capacity in distribution network will lead to various problems such as overloading and overvoltage in transformers and feeders,harmonic distortion and protection failure,bringing bad effect on the safety and stability of the power grid.Based on the operating state and safety boundary of the distribution network,a data driven assessment method of distributed PV hosting capacity in distribution network is proposed.Detailed case studies on the distribution network within a city in East China are carried out,and the results show that by taking full advantages of data resources accumulated in the grid operation,the distributed PV hosting capacity and its ranking corresponding to the buses of different voltage levels can be efficiently assessed.The proposed method can be widely applied with its good versatility.It provides a guidance for the healthy and orderly development of the distributed PV.
